The city: Santos

Located on the coast of São Paulo state and 72 kilometers from the capital, the city holds the 5th place in the ranking of quality of life of Brazilian municipalities, according to the Human Development Index (HDI), measured by the United Nations (UN) based on the levels of expectation of life, education and GDP per capita.
